“This be our 4th river cruise with River Voyages. Viking was our 1st and three with Scenic river cruises.l have only dealt with Emma Gray at river voyages who I trust with my booking and is a great credit to your company.ln fact she is and only my first email when l am looking to book a river cruise. So big thanks to Emma, and we are looking forward to our cruise with scenic Amsterdam - Basel next August booked throgh river voyages. I have also recommended other long term river cruisers friends to your site which they never knew about.keep up the good work kinds regards John Aitken”

“We were looking to book a cruise at short notice due to changes in our travel plans, we called Ross from River Voyages, and in short time, he had us organised for a European Gems cruise. As we were already abroad and our plans were a bit fluid and not per the standard APT offering, this proved no problem and all was sorted. So far we have had great communication and follow up, which has been reassuring for us.”

“We received very helpful assistance from Emma who checked the procedures for us when there were concerns about last minute flight cancellations as there were issues at Gatwick Airport. Emma responded quickly and helped to reassure us. The booking process was efficient and backed by paperwork to confirm every detail.”

“I had a wonderfully easy booking experience with Claire on Tuesday. She was so friendly helpful and efficient. Initially she took time to chat as to my chosen cruise then was able to access my previous booking with you and from there on it was all plain sailing! Enquiry as to availability from my home airport was quickly checked and booking all done with no hassle. Confirmation and account all set up was with me the next day. Excellent service. Thank you!”

“Customer care was fantastic on this river cruise. Everything was planned to the finest detail and the staff were very professional. However, when I had to cancel a pre-planned excursion due to I'll health my payment was not refunded and there was no route to appeal other than a request to the Cruise Director, nor did I receive feedback on the reasons for this or even whether they had considered my request. This showed inflexibility by the accounts team. Given that most excursions can be reserved right up to the last minute at no extra cost I have learned my lesson - no more pre-booking!”
