“Excellent communication. Elizabeth was very helpful in sorting out our river cruise on the Danube. Nothing was too much trouble. Explained everything very clearly & most important of all, got us a great deal😁😁👍👍”

“I responded to an email from River Voyages, but the holiday I was interested in wasn't on the system. However, Chris was extremely helpful and tracked down what I was looking for. His communications were timely, helpful and very enthusiastic. If the rest of the process is as straightforward as the booking, it will be perfect. I've already passed on details to friends.”

“The choices and service are fine and Emma Gray is particularly helpful and responsive. Howerver, RV can only be as good for customers as are the lines they offer, so when there is customer dissatisfaction with one (e.g.Uniworld), then naturally it reflects on RV.”

“Good service and responses from representatives. Good value with offer via post. Disappointed that Amawaterways would not offer a stay at either end of river cruise at all. Only offer to book it ourselves at extra cost and no transfers. Other cruise lines more flexible in past”

“Donna Worsnip.............. you are amazing!!! This river cruise was a totally new challenge for me and certainly a complicated challenge for Donna yet she sailed through with all sails bellowing!!! (Apologies for the pun). Despite wishing to initially drive to France then changing our minds to travelling by train instead and then adding on pre- cruise stays in Paris Donna sorted all this out in less than two hours!!! TAKE A BOW DONNA WORSNIP.”
