“Your travel concierge Emma is ALWAYS excellent and she never sounds fed-up when we constantly change our minds - I wish all sales staff everywhere were the same! All the holidays we have booked with them have the personal touch and with the exception of one River Cruise (not Rover Voyages fault - just the fault of the actual Cruise Manager being too full of her own self importance!!) we were delighted and looking forward to the one we have already booked very soon!! Thank you Emma!!”

“Prompt response to my email helped me to match a cruise booked by American friends even when it was showing as 'sold out' on website. Even managed to get the exact class of cabin I wanted. Happy people all round. Thank you.”
