“Never complained about MY problems, Always cheerful and forgiving. Ttwhoever it was must have been swearing under their breath at the bumbling of someone who had exceeded the 3 score and 10. Thank you very much and I apologise for my fumbles.”

“Excellent service and advice from Sue, she gave us information that we just would not have been aware of if we'd booked independently. Documents arrived swiftly and a courtesy phone call to check that all was well a few days later was much appreciated. Amazing all round - thank you!”

“caught today's Sundat Times advert but despite giving specific cruise (PARIS/PARIS 15/08/17) not an online deck/cabin plan and single/doubles cost to be seen - so gave up looking/booking.”
