“As our Douro river cruise for May 2020 was cancelled Lyndsey contacted us within the two week framework and supported us in re-booking our cruise for May 2021. Following an initial phone call this was all completed easily via email”

“Its not easy trying to get a single best deal the first price you see is always for a double time was taken with me got there in the end this is My 3rd time booking with River Voyages so you must be doing something wright for me”

“just come back from The Blue Danube : MSBurns fantastic Lesley and karen were great teem. we all enjoyed you are looked after well food excellent staff great,good not ask for any better treatment.I am a solo customer so not many cruise places for solos. Just booked a cruise with you for next April so hoping it well be as good as last .”

“Customer services was exceptional and on ringing was given options to suite my preference. Would have given 5 stars however the advertising is miss leading on the morning I rang I recieved a promotional email price which when I rang could not be found on the system, 2 weeks later I am still seeing adverts for same dates and promotional price.”

Good Afternoon Elaine, Thank you very much for your feedback. It's great to hear that you are pleased with the exceptional customer service that you have received from ourselves. From time to time cruise lines may decide to release fluid offers to stimulate sales which are due to supply and demand of the product, its nature of course is perishable. As a result, some promotional offers can sell out or become obsolete. For example E.G; offers applicable to specific cabin grades may change frequently. We try our best to monitor every cruise line sailing date on our system however, there can sometimes be a time delay in updating these sailings. We wish you a wonderful time on your cruise.

“I used Riviera Voyages in error having been confused over the similarity to Riviera Travel who we planned to book a holiday with.However they not only booked the chosen cruise holiday satisfactorily but gave a discount £30 less per person than the brochure prices.Every little helps and I shall use them again when I decide on a river cruise.”

“Very advice from Helen Conway on this our first booking with River Voyages. Bit mean though I thought for charging us £100 for booking business class flights . Helen was away when I first tried to upgrade the day after receipt of your booking confirmation so waited until after the weekend to contact you with regard to thids change. Still looking forward to our trip in September”
