“Yesterday, 3rd March, I rang to pay the balance of our forthcoming cruise at the end of June. Rachael Butterworth answered the phone. She was very proficient & went through everything with me. Well done Rachael! Last week whilst on a Viking ocean cruise, I e-mailed my cruise concierge Erin Madine, as I'd received an e-mail from Viking offering a good price on the Ukraine this September. Erin as always went above & beyond to secure a stateroom via e-mail correspondence. Well done Erin!”

“I have occassion to telephone six star cruises three times. The last lon wass ayoung lady called Rachel and she could not have been more helpful. If the cruise turns out to be as good as the telephone service l shall be well pleased. Jean”

“This will be the second river cruise that we have booked with this company. We hope to book many more in the future. Throughout both experiences, we have had first class customer service from Helen Conway, who took care to ensure that we had all that we needed prior to cruising and following up on our return with a phone call to see how everything had gone. A very customised and personal experience in my view and much appreciated. Throughout the experience of the booking process, everything was carried out in a professional, efficient and friendly way. If you are thinking of booking a river cruise I have no hesitation in recommending this company”

“Gillian Stark responded very quickly (on a Sunday) by phone to my query regarding adding 2 extra nights in Cologne following a cruise from Basle with Riviera Travel. She was most friendly and helpful and made the necessary arrangements on the same day. She also e-mailed me the paperwork the next day. Thanks Gill, it was also very nice to speak with someone who had a Geordie accent, reminding me of my earlier life in Northumberland.”

“Helen Conway was very thorough in her research for the trip we wanted - a Danube cruise Budapest to Bucharest. Hopefully the Avalon cruise ship Illumination will live up to our standards - and to Helen's.”

“Some friends invited us to join them on a cruise they had already booked. I rang and Gill quickly managed to book us on the same one and it was all done in a matter of minutes; wonderful!”

“We booked our River Cruise over the phone and we found that the young lady Claire Kettering , who dealt with our booking was extremely helpful , kind and very patient with us while we dithered somewhat over some of the choices on offer . “Claire Ketteringham, our Sales Concierge in River Voyages, provided my wife and me with exceptional service when we were trying to book a river cruise on the Douro. We had got suitable dates agreed for the type of cabin we wanted when we discovered that the residential home couldn't take my mother-on-law then! This didn't faze Claire at all; after we'd identified dates she could be taken Claire quickly located another company with a similar cruise and got the flights from Dublin to work as well! Claire also briefed us on what we should expect and answered all our queries fully. Truly exceptional service.”
