“We are still yo go on our cruise but found river voyages helpful, pleasant and efficient. Confirmation was quick . Overall very good service .”

“Although we haven’t been on the holiday yet we were very satisfied with the service we had from the young man who handled our holiday arrangements so it’s so far so good let’s hope things continue that way.”

“We have never cruised before and got baffled by all the options. Emma talked me through the options and gave me a flavour of river cruising offering advice based on her personal and professional experiences. This was most welcome. She found us options that came below our budget to take advantage of special offers and guided us through the maze. We are thrilled with the Danube river cruise that we have booked and can't wait to experience it. There are no doubts that I will use River Voyages again. Thank you for your support, reliability and attention to detail.”

“River Voyages had the holiday I wanted at a price I was prepared to pay and the booking was completed without any problems. This is my first cruise with RV although I have been on many cruises previously. I will await the outcome of the holiday and post on TripAdvisor as I always do after the holiday. So far, so good.”

“We haven't been on the holiday yet but Emma from Dublin was wonderful, she sourced the cruise that best suited all 4 of us at an agreeable date and managed to negotiate a good deal. My only disappointment is the 2 hour coach journey after we first arrive by plane. Just personal taste as I am not good in coaches but we will have to overcome this. Emma suggested asking our rep if I could sit at the front and perhaps have a stop on the way to stretch our legs.”

I know the 2 hour journey seems long but it will fly by, I agree with Emma's suggestion of asking the rep if it is possible for you to sit towards the front, they can be quite accommodating. “I probably changed my mind between 2 ships 3 or 4 times and all the time Emma was patient! She explained different features to help me make up my mind but I never felt under any pressure. I had first made contact with Susan,who very promptly replied to an email enquiry on Saturday night. Then my next enquiry came to Emma with information about Uniworld. Then Simon had a chat as Susan was not available on Sunday. All very friendly and helpful and finally pointed me in the right direction. Cant wait now for the trip!”

“Gill was very helpful to find a river cruise for me to find a cruise in April.We are really looking forward to our hotel and we hope it’s as good as we were told .We had plent of information for everything and easy to get all the help we needed.”
