“We were rather confused when we started to receive calls from different subsidiaries touting for our business but managed to resolve matters. Staff were very pleasant and efficient and our booking was completed in a very pleasant and efficient manner.”

“our first river cruise & working on a tight budget. Susan Burton was superb - worked with us to find the right cruise; answered all our questions; was obviously well versed in river cruises - cant praise her enough. had a slight problem on the insurance cover; spook to Gill- didn't get her surname but she was also very helpful; efficient & friendly. I've spoken to two of your colleagues & the level of service we received was exceptional. I have to say that both Susan & Gill are a credit to your organisation & I wouldn't book any future river cruises with anybody else. I have also been recommending some friends of ours to call River Voyages for their river cruise. rgds ian lloyd”
