“Absolutely vile experience from Dave. Decided that because we had owed money, he'd become aggressive. Previously had passive aggressive comments from him telling us "his salary had been docked". I went to the door today, prepared to completely pay the balance off, he's shoved a slip through the door, walked off. By the time I get to the door, he's driving off shaking his head and speeds off?
Never had this experience before from Ringtons, defiantly will be telling everyone I know to terminate their accounts locally as a result. I wouldn't want this type of aggressive behavior towards any of my friends/family who use this service.”

“I put together a lovely collection of all the non chocolate biscuits you sell to send an elderly aunty this christmas. She was delighted to receive them. However the delivery from royal mail/parcelforce was less than satisfactory which I know isnt Ringtons fault at all but I thought you should about know their 'service'.
The delivery time kept getting changed and was finally left on my aunty's doorstep at 7.30pm at night. Her bell was rang but she struggles to get to the door quickly, so she shouted to the driver as he was putting a note through the letterbox. He waited and she had to ask him to pick the box up and give it to her as it was too big and heavy for an 85 year old to grasp from the floor. To his credit he did but what part of leaving a box on a doorstep at night not sure if someone is in, instead of with a neighbour, is an acceptable 'delivery'. It could have been stolen or got soaked and ruined in the rain!”

After checking the tracking on your order, Royal Mail have stated that the item was delivered on the 17th December. They have also stated that they left a calling card explaining where the parcel was left. Please could you contact our our Customer Care Team on 0800 052 2440 so we can investigate this further.
