We completely understand your frustration regarding the gap between calls. When bank holidays affect our schedule, routes sometimes need to be adjusted, which can unfortunately result in longer periods between visits than customers would normally expect. We appreciate that this can be confusing and inconvenient, particularly when you're used to seeing your rep every four weeks.
It's also lovely to hear that you found our online service very good, although we understand it's not the same as the personal service and familiar face that customers value from their regular rep. That's a big part of what makes Ringtons special.
