“So many shops sell cookies with chocolate and I do not like chocolate. I found some sultana cookies but the store stopped selling them. I looked on line and found your company so started ordering your sultana cookies. They are much nicer than the ones I previously tried. Your sultana cookies have a rich flavour and larger with more cookies in the packet. Now when I order I am ordering for a friend too.”

“Until recently I had doorstep delivery but when my regular tea man left after several years I decided to do mail order instead. Ordering online was easy and my parcel arrived very quickly. The only slight negative was the amount of packaging in the box. The goods would have fitted in a much smaller box and there were yards and yards of paper stuffing the gaps in the large box they were delivered in. It’s all been recycled of course.”

“Always look forward to my Rington's Man to see what the latest line of "goodies" he has to offer. Exceptional quality, of course we all have our favourites we buy time and time again - I certainly have!!. Can I please just add one critisism - I really am NOT a fan of the new packaging. I think your new style really says nothing of your company, whereas before, you had that lovely LOGO of the cart and horse which showed the origins of Ringtons. I know you don't eat the packaging - its what inside it, but it was always eye catching, showing the humble origins of your company. Thank you”

“Get from Ringtons every fortnight however there was no availability for a product so tried on line over the moon that they had product so ordered. Order accepted then 3 days later no product so disappointed with this this time round”
