I was expecting a light refreshing tea with the taste of bergamot (which I always get with twinings tea) but instead it tasted like a regular strong black tea and I couldn’t taste bergamot at all.”

“I love Ringtons products, they are great as gifts and beautiful quality. My four stars is simply that you can not purchase a product and then have it delivered at a later date. A prime example was Mothers Day, I wanted to buy a Ringtons box ( as I know how quickly the Christmas and Seasonal items sell out) but had to do it very close to the time. I knew that wasn't realistic and ran up the possibility of it being out of stock , if you could look at how to handle this, that would be great ! Maybe purchase earlier, but allow to schedule on a specific day ?”

“All the products I received were great. My only disappointment is that the packaging could be a whole lot better. The goods were sent in a somewhat floppy box. I bought 2 Belgian chocolate cake shop boxes. One of the boxes was dented, presumably through being thrown about in the outer box. I couldn't give the dented box as a gift, so decided I would have to eat the contents myself and the chocolates are delicious! Just a shame about the packaging.”
