i bought a tea and biscuit hamper for my daughter for a chritmas present. nice to see biscuit in date till march as i didnt think of that when ordering. only thing i woulod have liked was it in a nice hamper box not just a plain brown box. but i will definetly order again .

My first order was good, both tea and coffee. Biscuits were very good especially the apple ones.

I have ordered previously and was very happy so I had confidence in ordering again. Unfortunately one of the items had a very short bbf date. I contacted customer service who said I could return it for a full refund and she fave a Freepost address. I'm yet to hear if they've received the item and have not yet received my refund.

Easy ordering, quick delivery and quality products as always. I would just say that I bought this gift for my husband who isn't a tea drinker but loves your biscuits so it would be fabulous if you could do the same gift set but with coffee instead of tea.

Had to order online because old delivery driver moved on and new one is useless so it's a good job I'm loyal as the new person is not answering phone or text!!

Good product and delivery. But the website didn't allow me to attach a message, so my recipient didn't know who it was from. Also some confusion with orderer and recipient. Happy to discuss.

Happy with the product and perfect for father's day. My only disappointment was the quality of the message which I paid an extra £1 for. It looked like a cheap photocopy and was lacking in Ringtons usual standards.

We received a gift box of ringtons teas for Xmas and love them! This is our second repeat order and the teas are much superior to other teas. Brilliant! The most recent delivery however, was poorly packaged. I’m surprised that some of the bags weren’t missing. The brown reinforced tape was not applied when wet and as a result the box was not closed secure.

I only ever drink Ringtons and will even take tea bags into a cafe or drink coffee. No way will I drink any other tea as it does not taste fresh. however I do heartily agree that the tea is very much weaker over the last couple of years. A small pot now takes four or even five as opposed to three. So it is expensive for someone on a state pension only like us.

Thank u for quick delivery of recent order by post. Unfortunately when box opened a lg jar of instant coffee was broken & coffee granules were all over everything else in the box. Also a pair of bone china mugs were broken, one hand & base. This was supposed to be a gift! But after me reporting this Ringtons immediately replaced the items. Changed their delivery date as we were on holiday. Husband ( now we r back) is attempting to photograph them!! Not easy!

The product itself is very good indeed (gold blend tea). However the packaging is very disappointing, for only 200 tea bags the size of box was ridiculous. Please rectify this!

Tea bags fantastic. Best brew ever. Biscuits are lovely. Fast free delivery. Given 4 stars instead of 5 because one pack of biscuits were smashed to bits, still ate them and still tasted great
