“When ever I’ve seen the ringtone van I’ve chased it round my village until I’ve been able to catch the driver and have always been happy with my purchases but my first online order was very disappointing even though it was well packed a lot of the biscuits were broken”

“I was fed up of poor value ‘dust’ masquerading as tea! So, after a little research a decided to explore two of the teas of drink most frequently, breakfast decaf tea, and green tea.
What a difference in taste for both! My tea enjoyment has been raised to another level.”

“The tea is excellent, we've been so disappointed with all other brands, but are delighted with Ringtons tea bags - cheaper than Yorkshire Gold too!! Tried two types of biscuits which were delicious but the lemon ones were badly broken (it didn't stop me eating them though).”

“The order was delivered fine and most products where of the quality I expected.
However the Earl Grey teabags where not of the taste quality I expected.
We have had you Earl Grey teabags at a number of cages and been happy with their taste.
Before placing my order I checked on the WEB to check that your domestic teabags where the same blend as the commercial individual rapped ones , the WEB equity states that both types are to the same blend.
Unfortunately I was disappointed when trying the teabags I received as the flavour was not of the same standard as the commercial individual wrapped ones.
I have since tried some Ringtones Earl Grey tea bag he ordered before Christmas , once again the taste was inferior to the commercial ones.
I will not be ordering these again.”

We can confirm that these are actually different blends and the reason they don't taste the same. The Fairtrade Earl Grey Tag & Envelope tea bags are a China tea so much stronger than the tea bags which are a Kenyan tea and a different bergamot flavour.
I do hope that clears up any confusion around flavours.

“Product was good, delivery good. Was asked if I wanted a card in with it as it was a gift, answered yes n said what message I wanted.. order accepted n confirmed only to find cards arnt included. So it took my friends some inconvenience to find out who had sent the gift. Tho cost of card was refunded it spoilt the gift somewhat.”

We’re sorry to hear that the gift message was missing from your order. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been, especially since the recipient had to make calls just to find out who the gift was from. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have.
The issue occurred due to a machine malfunction that we were unfortunately not aware of at the time your order was processed. This meant that, although you were asked for your message during ordering, it wasn’t printed and included as intended. I completely appreciate how disappointing this must have been and how it affected the surprise you wanted to create.
