“Box arrived damaged, it was for a gift so hoped it would have the white Ringtons inside as could not give this as a gift. Called customer service who said they could only replace it with the
same brown cardboard box covered in stickers, had to go and buy one to put the goods in .
I asked them if everything was ok with the gift and reluctantly they said two of the packets of biscuits were all in bits !! Very disappointed as I have also had these as a gift sent to me and been delighted .
