I'm very sorry for the disappointment caused by the white chocolate and lemon cookies being out of stock within the cookie bundle.
Mallows can be a bit tricky when it comes to travelling, they’re soft, delicate, and sometimes don’t handle the journey as well as we’d like. We do mention this on our website, but we completely understand how disappointing it must be to receive them less than perfect.
I'm glad that Sam was able to offer a resolution and arrange a refund for the damaged item, although I appreciate this does not make up for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

The receptioniest was very polite and completed my order during the telephone call.”
“Very happy with the online service. My order arrived quickly and was well packaged, and I much prefer being able to order online without having to deal with claggy-bottomed salesmen at my door trying to push rubbish I don’t want!
My only criticism is the use of Royal Mail for deliveries. It’s a shame that an otherwise modern online service relies on such a dated delivery service, so customers should be aware that deliveries can be affected by weekends, bank holidays, strikes over pay, and the various other snail-mail excuses that can crop up. A more reliable courier service would make the experience even better.”
