“Box arrived damaged, it was for a gift so hoped it would have the white Ringtons inside as could not give this as a gift. Called customer service who said they could only replace it with the
same brown cardboard box covered in stickers, had to go and buy one to put the goods in .
I asked them if everything was ok with the gift and reluctantly they said two of the packets of biscuits were all in bits !! Very disappointed as I have also had these as a gift sent to me and been delighted .
Sent a picture to yourselves originally of the damaged box which I have now binned”

As previously explained, the parcel is packaged and dispatched exactly as displayed on our website. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer alternative gift packaging, and replacement parcels are sent in the same exterior brown cardboard box with branded labels which was arranged as a replacement for you. If possible, we would be grateful if you could send us photographs of the damaged biscuits so that we can look into this further for you. Thanks, Helen.

“Because of the Easter holidays Chris my usual ddoor to door salesman was on holiday so i ordered through the online way for the first time. Goods arrived within 4 days and were strongly packed. It was easy to order and everything i wanted was in stock. Would definately order again. The things a girl does for the rhubarb cookies and lemon cake..”
