“Excellent service from Ringtons however we arranged a Monday25/10/21 delivery as we knew we pull not be at home over the weekend but parcel was left in a wheelie bin on Saturday 23/10/21. Luckily we were able to arrange to get the parcel through a family relative”
“Used ringtons a few times now and never had any problems with them however I wish they'd use royal mail and not ervi as they are a nightmare, wrong parcel left, damaged parcel left more than once (although all not from ringtons)”
“Everything excellent except one thing. The courier/ delivery handling company didn’t tie their involvement with my purchase from Ringtons. When I got the email telling me my parcel (with their company details not yours) would be delivered I had no clue as to who was sending and what it was. There needs to be a connection between the two for the customer. There is nothing on the tracking info for me to link the delivery with the order. You are not the only ones not to change this.”
“Always excellent products and delivery, however, 4 stars in the fact that if you order a gift box and other products together, you have to do 2 separate orders as apparently the gift box comes from a different supply? little bit inconvenient.”
“The parcel arrived promptly once it had been dispatched, but I always forget that it takes a few days from placing the order to it being dispatched so my presents are invariably late. Entirely my own fault.”

“The delivery followed the instructions I gave. what i dont like is not being able to place an order in person living quite close to the main office. Before you could even get things from the office. Not everyone has or wants to use a computer. I think Ringtons has alack of knowledge of the market also a big percentage of ringtons tea dont have computers.”

Would have preferred the order to arrive in a Ringtons cardboard shipping box rather than the plastic bag wrapping. Other than that all good.”
