“I ordered three gift hampers for friends and family. Which were delivered on time and I have been told in excellent condition. The only problem that I encountered was on trying to order my first choice of hampers, which were out of stock, I requested an notification email when they came back in stock which I received, but when I tried to order them they were still out of stock.”

“I have been s customer for a while now and find all I order of good quality and value with a good delivery time. I think though that they let their customers down in the gift hamper area as they only do them with tea bags, not with loose leaf tea, which for a tea company of some standing and length of time in business, long before Tea bags came on the market I find disappointing. I am sure that more customers would purchase hampers if they replaced the Tea bags with real tea, or even a balanced mix if the two. When I asked about this I got a really poor response " Our hampers are made up/pre packed and cannot change the contents". Well how about designing a hamper that replaces Tea bags with real tea Ringtons, surely that would not be difficult. Apart from that, I will still get my brews, coffee and biscuits from them.”
“The products I chose arrived quicker than expected. I have enjoyed particular Ringtons items in the past, therefore the repeat order. The outer packaging being appropriate and considerate however disappointingly one of the 'gift boxes' must have been damaged before being packed as it was not in the pristine condition that the I expected.”
