“I am going to give this a good, but not a very good. I ordered some Tea Bags, Hot Chocolate and some Biscuits. The Products themselves are excellent. Especially the Hot Chocolate. However the delivery was poor, they arrived in a box that was too big for them and with no packing in the box, therefore they had been bouncing around inside the box during transit. The Tea Bags and Chocolate could cope with this, however the biscuits not so much and most of them were broken when I opened the packet.
Still tasted ok but you are selling a premium product, it is a shame your delivery provider let you down.”

“Fabulous products but not very well packaged. I had rather a large order of biscuits and jar of coffee and tea bags. These were all loose in the box and therefore were able to move freely in transit and being posted through the post box.
Some breakages felt in the biscuit packs but as it was a gift could not open. Needs to be more securely packaged so no movement of items.”
