“My recent order was delivered in good time but as can be seen from the photos the packaging was not in good shape. We opened two packets of biscuits and they were broken into small pieces. I am hoping the remainder of the products are not the same but as they are for Christmas presents I will have to wait and see. I am very disappointed with the courier service and will not be ordering again if this is the courier Ringtons use.
I have bought on many previous occasions from the Ringtons driver who delivers in my village, as have many of my clients, and the products have been exceptional both in taste and value for money.

“As always the products from Ringtons are lovely beautifully presented making a fantastic Xmas gift. The only thing that lets them down is their packaing of the boxes for delivery. There is no bubble wrap or any kind of protection for the hampers packed inside the larger boxes, therefore the weight of the hampers ends up crushing the boxes at the bottom, we have had to get replacements two years in a row now due to damaged hampers. Please try and use more protective packaging materials to protect your deliveries”

We wanted to mention first that we care deeply about the quality of our products, and that’s something we’ll never compromise on.
Over the last couple of years, the cost of cocoa has risen significantly, and like many others, we’ve really felt the impact. Rather than change the chocolates themselves or push the price of the bigger box up too high, we made the decision to reduce the pack size and reduce the cost per box from £11.99 to £9.99. That way, the chocolates stay just as you know and love them but still remain affordable.
It wasn’t an easy choice, but we felt it was the fairest way to maintain the quality of the product while still making sure they’re accessible for our customers.
