“Product was good, delivery good. Was asked if I wanted a card in with it as it was a gift, answered yes n said what message I wanted.. order accepted n confirmed only to find cards arnt included. So it took my friends some inconvenience to find out who had sent the gift. Tho cost of card was refunded it spoilt the gift somewhat.”

The issue occurred due to a machine malfunction that we were unfortunately not aware of at the time your order was processed. This meant that, although you were asked for your message during ordering, it wasn’t printed and included as intended. I completely appreciate how disappointing this must have been and how it affected the surprise you wanted to create.

“Most products as always of a very high standard but the Oat biscuits were undercooked and stodgy which is very disappointing as they are a favourite of ours. All packets were inedible and had to be thrown away.”

“Beautifully gift boxed hamper sent to my elderly mother in law, Ringtons products are second to none, the only problem was the gift card I ordered to go in the gift was missing, luckily she guessed it was from me and rang me. “Ordering on website could be easier. Constantly having to scroll down to add another item to basket resulted in deletion of an item and then I mistakenly duplicated an item instead of re-adding the deleted one. It was for a gift so I was quite disappointed.
Also irritated by the pop ups of suggestions of items to add to order which have to scroll past.
Ordered 4 deliveries for gifts by building my own collection of items. Would be nice if these could be packaged in christmas boxes.”

“Most of the items arrived in perfect condition, however the box that the coconut snowballs were in was squashed hence 3 of the snowballs were squashed too. I had planned to gift them as part of a present but couldn't”

“Products are fantastic. Communication around delivery wasn't great. Arrived by Royal mail and, despite my selecting an alternative delivery date, the parcel was delivered while we were away and was left at the back door of a neighbouring office, on a Saturday. As packaging was all cardboard (external and internal) by the time the office reopened on the Monday the box and gift sets were sodden and dropping to bits. Maybe consider using a plastic inner or outer lining on the packaging?”
