“Disappointed this time with the website, ordered on the Friday had trouble with website , it kept jumping backwards and forwards in fact it was a nightmare, anyway placed my order but realised in my confirmation that the items I'd ordered were being sent to me instep of to my daughter in Buckinghamshire. You were closed all weekend so couldn't contact you until the Monday, where I was told the parcel had been dispached already to me. This was very disappointing and I won't use your website again. I've ended up with loads of biscuits which I didn't want or need.”

“Lovely present for my mum but it doesn't give U options to give messages if bought as gifts like some web sites do. They normally include a separate box to write something in. .that was disappointing .everything else was good .”

“i bought a tea and biscuit hamper for my daughter for a chritmas present. nice to see biscuit in date till march as i didnt think of that when ordering. only thing i woulod have liked was it in a nice hamper box not just a plain brown box. but i will definetly order again .”

“I have ordered previously and was very happy so I had confidence in ordering again. Unfortunately one of the items had a very short bbf date. I contacted customer service who said I could return it for a full refund and she fave a Freepost address. I'm yet to hear if they've received the item and have not yet received my refund.”
