“I ordered a pack of decaf roasted ground coffee. Folk assume wrongly, that by drinking decaf you like a weak coffee. I love my coffee strong and flavoursome and not interested in the hit of caffeine . I was served this coffee at the Baltic in Newcastle and enjoyed it so much I checked with the staff to find out the make. Hence my order. I have been drinking decaf coffee for around 15 years I love this. The pack is rather large for one person being the only one who drinks it. However that doesn?t detract from the flavour?.”
“Gift was delivered. Person absolutely loves her Ringtons Gold Tea and delicious ginger biscuits. Unfortunately she said she didn't see the gift message that I had included but she was happy and luckily she knew I'd sent the gift. Pity that the company doesn't use pretty teacup or even Ringtons logo based postcards rather than a sheet of paper for messages that can easily be thrown into the recycling without being seen.”
“I bought chocolate snow balls instead of chocolate tea cakes I won?t buy any. More as there is far to much coconut on them I prefer the chocolate tea cakes .”
“Great produce and helpful customer service staff. I tried to order a hamper online but it would not accept an Isle of Man postcode as being in UK. The lady I spoke to was most helpful and efficient and quickly took the order over the phone. The hamper arrived on time and was much appreciated by the recipient.”

“It would be nice to think you were being a bit more considerate to the environment in terms of wrapping including tea bags - you do not indicate whether they are bio-degradable or not - which means we do not know whether to bin them or add them to our wormeries and compost heaps. I should also like the option of loose tea in gift packs such as we purchased rather than bags”

“Order fine, as always. Delivery delayed and had to be chased; when it arrived, the carton was damaged and a couple of the items in it, squashed. As always with Ringtons, everything was well packed, but the delivery firm used on this occasion was one that has a very bad reputation, one that a recent change of name has not effaced. I hope this firm will not be used in the future. But in every other respect, fully up to the high standards I have expected and received from Ringtons for decades.”
