“Disappointed that some items were out of stock, hence 4 stars. Order arrived later than advertised but to be expected during Christmas period. A plus point for sending by Royal Mail which is far more reliable than other delivery companies. Ringtons is a little more expensive than other like products but the good quality is definitely worth the extra. Extremely pleased with the website, product and delivery. Will definitely order again.”

“The hamper is great and contains lots of lush goodies. The only reason this is not 5 stars is because the address label for delivery was stuck straight onto the hamper box. I?ve tried to remove it but if now looks very scratched and a mess. Please think of an alternative way of labelling for next time Ringtons!”
“Ringtons make great products. I've throughly enjoyed chomping through my chocolate brazils. I bought the mixed cremes because I love coffee cremes. The orange cremes delicious, strawberry cremes delicious but what happened to the coffee cremes? They are absolutely rubbish!! I even opened my second box in case it was a one off, nope they are just plain fondant filling that wasnt very nice!! Not even a smell or a hint of coffee taste or colour for that matter. My sister and I love coffee cremes and you can't imagine our disappointment opening these up on Christmas day??. That said delivery was great and I LOVE my brazils.”
“Great service and speedy resolutions to issues. I was recommended Ringtons by a friend and have gifted products to family; everyone loves them. The only issue I experienced is with their choice of currier (Evri), this choice caused delays and the need for Ringtons to resend the missing product. But as stated above, Ringtons were quick to rectify the issue and their customer service is excellent.”
“Love the contents of the hamper all at a great price. However, the gift box it arrived in is very plain and boring. I don’t think I can give it as a present in the box supplied, I will have to find and buy a more suitable and decorative box to make it more appealing as a present.”

“A few problems online: to make my order, which was a gift to a lady in Lincoln UK (I live in Switzerland, and so my billing address is totally different from that of the addressee), your procedure was odd. For instance, instead of filling in an address myself, I had to click into a "preset" address (which was not the correct one for my Swiss village, which introduced street names and new numbers about six years ago - these new names/numbers are not listed by you (but our locals know who is who, so it was no major problem). Once I had contacted you with my query and was able to place my order online, the delivery went smoothly and I was profusely thanked for the gift - but of course cannot tell you how things tasted. Delivery went smoothly.”
