“The products I chose arrived quicker than expected. I have enjoyed particular Ringtons items in the past, therefore the repeat order. The outer packaging being appropriate and considerate however disappointingly one of the 'gift boxes' must have been damaged before being packed as it was not in the pristine condition that the I expected.”
“Great delivery, but did pay for that option to ensure gift reached in time. Opted for personalised note to be added to the gift. When the gift arrived it was hand written which I didn't expect. I did contact Customer Services and they explained it was for the personal touch but I felt this should have been advertised better”
