“Lovely range of classic yet modern bakes, treats and drinks for teatime, elevenses or afternoon pick ups. Prices are very reasonable yet items are still of high quality. However this is my second order where the items have arrived in damaged packaging as they are just placed in a large box with zero filler or with any protection around them. It is a shame as it feels lacking in the same care the company creates on their site and in the products. I’d not want to send direct to anyone as wouldn’t want them to open the box and see things all dented, scuffed and not packed with any care.”

“The biscuits are excellent. My only concern is the packaging. The biscuits come in a large box full of paper rolls to protect them. Nevertheless, with the movement of transport biscuits arrive broken.”

“Biscuits and coffee excellent as always, would have given a 5 but the delivery let you down.
When given the delivery date knew I was not going to be home until after 10pm so went and changed it to another day and got confirmation date changed but they delivered it on the original date worried that parcel would not be there when I got home”

“I placed my first order with Ringtons and I was shocked to receive three bashed in torn boxes of out of date chocolate marshmallows. I phoned customer service and they asked me to send photographs of the bashed in out of date bexes which I did. They delt with my complaint swiftly, they apologised and issued me with a refund. They also gave me a £5 online voucher as a compensation for their mistake. They vere very quick at rectifing the complaint.”

“I would have given 5 stars if delivery hadn't gone awry, so we waited longer for product to arrive. We have bought Ringtons tea and biscuits for years, via delivery to the door, but had to stop due to illness, however it's easier to order tea when we need it. It's a really good flavoured tea.”

“Love the product but sadly when I wanted 4/5 more packs 2 weeks later I was advised by my sales agent that the product was sold out......so surprised when I was able to order 5pkt on line with no limit. Pity I couldn't support my regular sales agent.”

“I am going to give this a good, but not a very good. I ordered some Tea Bags, Hot Chocolate and some Biscuits. The Products themselves are excellent. Especially the Hot Chocolate. However the delivery was poor, they arrived in a box that was too big for them and with no packing in the box, therefore they had been bouncing around inside the box during transit. The Tea Bags and Chocolate could cope with this, however the biscuits not so much and most of them were broken when I opened the packet.
Still tasted ok but you are selling a premium product, it is a shame your delivery provider let you down.”
