“I don’t doubt the quality of your goods which is why I ordered and whilst one of my orders was delivered to me promptly the other one to Norway was returned to you for some unknown reason. It was very disappointing that my brother didn’t receive his package of goodies.”

Sadly we have no control over international customs and frustratingly some parcels get refused without us ever finding out why. I believe my colleague has issued a refund already but once again please accept our sincerest apologies
