“Thank you, we chose gifts for a Father’s Day hamper which my father in law really loved. The only thing that didn’t survive the hot weather and delivery was a chocolate cake. The icing had run down to one side but my father in law still enjoyed this and everything else very much. Very quick delivery as well”

“I purchased quite a few packets of the Gold Teabags but it was for my Husband as I don't drink Tea.
I also purchased Ginger Biscuits, Marshmallows & Caramel Wafers. That was a big mistake!. THEY ARE THE BEST BISCUITS EVER. I try not to buy Biscuits but Ringtons you are going to be my downfall. Everything was delivered far earlier than I expected”

“4 star only due to letterbox delivery. Apparently the post office puts the Ringtons box in a box!! this isn't what should happen. It was then delivered in the garden behind the bin!”

I can see that we have already been in contact with you regarding this. Please be assured that we’ll be raising this with our fulfilment centre to understand why it was placed inside a larger box. Our letterbox gifts are specifically designed to fit standard UK letterboxes, so this packing method was not acceptable, and we’ll make sure it’s investigated.
