“We bought Ringtons tea because we used to have it when I was a child, also seeing our neighbours receiving an order something rang a bell with me, I thought shall we try it
So I placed one order with gold tea, bed time tea, cuppa tea, chocolate and various biscuits
It arrived very quickly and tried it , tea was a lovely also the bedtime tea was a great help to induce sleep.
My husband enjoyed the biscuits and I bought the GF ones got myself
So all I have to say is give it a go”

“Had to drop a couple of stars as its seems there is still a problem regarding packing items. Whilst the quality of products is up there with the best, I am yet to receive a packet of teacakes in perfect condition. Even the replacement pack sent out arrived squashed! Come on Ringtons, have a word with the packing staff!”

We're so sorry to hear that your Milk Chocolate Mallows arrived squashed, especially as this happened with both your original order and the replacement pack.
Our Mallows are one of our most delicate treats, and although we take great care when packing them, they can sometimes become damaged during their journey. Unfortunately, parcels aren't always handled as gently as we'd like while in transit. We do include a note on our website to make customers aware that, due to their fragile nature, we can't always guarantee they'll arrive in perfect condition.
That said, we completely understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly after a replacement was sent, and we're very sorry that your experience wasn't a better one.
