“I ordered a father's day gift box which is described as a letterbox gift box, which to me means it fits through a letterbox if the person is not home for delivery. The box arrived and it was packed inside another box which you could fit maybe 6 of the item I ordered . Why describe an item as a letterbox gift and then send in an oversized box creating delivery problems and creating more cardboard waste. A lovely product but the delivery issues leave a lot to be desired.”

We’re incredibly sorry that your letterbox gift was not delivered as intended. I completely understand why you chose this specific product, the whole purpose of a letterbox gift is to avoid exactly this situation.
Please be assured that we’ll be raising this with our fulfilment centre to understand why it was placed inside a larger box, which completely defeated the object. Our letterbox gifts are specifically designed to fit standard UK letterboxes, so this packing method was not acceptable, and we’ll make sure it’s investigated.
We will follow this up with an email to the email address provided when ordering.
