“I ordered a present for a special person on the 17th of September and I have had several emails from Royal mail telling me the parcel needed to be rerouted. The parcel still has not arrived and the recipients birthday has long since passed. I understand this is not ringtons fault but perhaps you could look into different delivery suppliers because this simple isn't good enough.”
