“Delivery was quick and on time. The products were exactly as described, and always good quality. One niggle, and why I gave 4 stars instead of 5, the products were in the gift section so I expected that the box shown in the picture was the gift box. I am now going to have to buy another box to transfer the products into, as my address label was stuck on the front of the box shown in the picture.”
“Your biscuits are exceptional, first prize for these. But the Belgian chocolate selection box was disappointing. The toppings on the mini cupcakes were far too rich & sickly. The bottom layer offered 4 pie slices although the packaging insert has 5 spaces? Very odd!”

“Prompt ordering and delivery although it would be helpful to be warned that the courier is not Ringtons and an explanation of who it might be would be helpful when emails come in confirming order. It can look like a scam.”

“I would have given 5, but there seem to have been changes made in the last 12 months, such as packets not lasting as long and the bag itself seems to inferior to before in that when splitting the two bags of Breakfast tea, they will sometimes split down the perforation, ruining both bags and wasting them. This does not happen as much with the Cuppa tea bags, for some reason. Tea still tastes great and I have been drinking it for over 30 years. Shame I can't give it 5 due to these changes.”
