“4 stars due to delivery of poorly packed parcel of biscuits which were then delivered by Evri. Parcel damaged on outside too. Would otherwise give 5 stsrs as customer service was faultless and biscuits that survived were delicious”
“Prompt ordering and delivery although it would be helpful to be warned that the courier is not Ringtons and an explanation of who it might be would be helpful when emails come in confirming order. It can look like a scam.”
“Ringtons is excellent. Goods and value excellent l.However that can't be said of Evri your chosen delivery firm. Informed they had my parcel on a Friday but only delivered five days later.”

“I would have given 5, but there seem to have been changes made in the last 12 months, such as packets not lasting as long and the bag itself seems to inferior to before in that when splitting the two bags of Breakfast tea, they will sometimes split down the perforation, ruining both bags and wasting them. This does not happen as much with the Cuppa tea bags, for some reason. Tea still tastes great and I have been drinking it for over 30 years. Shame I can't give it 5 due to these changes.”
“Ordering was very easy and delivery was excellent. However, there were certain items out of stock so I requested email notification when back in stock but when I tried to reorder they were back out of stock again so didn't get everything I really wanted.”

“The Xmas box packaging for my mum was very pretty. It was an Xmas gift for her. The lemon and currant biscuits are delicious so far. It is a gift I would consider for future friends. Very satisfied. Maybe 1 extra pkt biscuits in with the price”
“I'm very pleased with the tea towels. I would've given a higher rating, but the postage was expensive for such a lightweight item, also 2 teatowels that would easily have fitted in a padded envelope were sent in a large box with excessive packaging materials.”
“Excellent service from Ringtons however we arranged a Monday25/10/21 delivery as we knew we pull not be at home over the weekend but parcel was left in a wheelie bin on Saturday 23/10/21. Luckily we were able to arrange to get the parcel through a family relative”
“Used ringtons a few times now and never had any problems with them however I wish they'd use royal mail and not ervi as they are a nightmare, wrong parcel left, damaged parcel left more than once (although all not from ringtons)”
