“Ordered the Limited Edition floral bone china mugs and when they arrived one of them was broken, I emailed and sent photo's to Ringtons to inform them and straight away they said they would send me a replacement.
Within 2 days I had received another pack, excellent Customer Service!
The Mugs are absolutely beautiful as is the Lemon Curd that I also bought.
Since then, I placed another order for a friend who wanted some mugs and tea gift pack, as well as a few cakes (which I have yet to try)
I can not fault the all round service received, from placing the order, email updates, response time to my emails and also the speedy despatch and delivery times.
I would HIGHLY recommend buying from this company again, as they also have some lovely unusual gift packs if you are stuck what to buy for someone who is hard to buy for. šš„°”
