“My purchase was excellent. Bought as gifts, but I might keep one tin of sweets for myself. Lovely tins, well packed and prompt delivery. Thank you. More orders to follow !”
Hi there,
Thank you for your lovely review! 😊
We're delighted to hear that you were happy with your purchase and that everything arrived well packed and delivered promptly.
We did have a little smile at the thought of you keeping one of the tins for yourself! 😄 Sometimes the best gifts are the ones we accidentally buy ourselves too. 🍬
Thank you for your kind words, and we're delighted to hear there are more orders to follow.
Best wishes from the Ringtons Team ☕💙
Hi David,
Thank you for such a lovely review! 😊
We're delighted to hear that you think our tea is the best ever and that you're enjoying the biscuits too. The Ginger Snaps certainly seem to have found a place in your favourites! ☕🍪

“I am delighted to be a customer of yours. For me, my family, and now my friends as well, this is one of the best teas out there. I recommend it to everyone—you won't regret it.”
Hi Olga,
Thank you for such a wonderful review! 😊
We're absolutely delighted to hear that Ringtons has become a favourite not just for you, but for your family and friends too. There's no better compliment than having our tea recommended from one tea lover to another! ☕💙
It sounds like you've become a bit of a Ringtons ambassador, and we're so grateful for your kind words and support. We couldn't ask for a better recommendation than "you won't regret it"!
Best wishes from the Ringtons Team ☕💙
“I’m newly converted from Yorkshire tea to Ringtons. I absolutely love the flavour of the decaf. The ginger biscuits are my favourite, but the title was nearly snatched by the limited edition toasted coconut! Absolutely delicious, just the perfect amount of coconut and a beautiful crumbly biscuit.”
Hi Lorraine,
Thank you for such a lovely review! 😊
We're delighted to hear you've made the switch from Yorkshire Tea to Ringtons and that you're loving our Decaf Tea. Finding a great decaf isn't always easy, so that's wonderful to hear. ☕💙
It sounds like the Ginger Biscuits had secured top spot... until the Toasted Coconut Biscuits came along and gave them a run for their money! 😄🥥🍪 We're so pleased you enjoyed them and loved the coconut flavour and crumbly texture.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and welcome to the Ringtons side! 😉
Best wishes from the Ringtons Team ☕💙
“Quality of products always excellent just the packaging that lets things down, my order was quite large and packets of biscuits had just been put in the bottom corner of the box with paper just on top, the whole corner of the box was bashed in when delivered, a little bit thought and care when packing would be appreciated as this is a problem I continue to have.”
Hi Diane,
Thank you for your review and for your honest feedback.
We're delighted to hear that you're happy with the quality of our products, but we're sorry to learn that the packaging of your orders has continued to be a disappointment.
We appreciate your comments regarding how the biscuits were packed and the condition of the box on arrival. We understand how frustrating it is to receive an order where items have moved around during transit, especially when this is something you've experienced before.
Please be assured that we'll pass your feedback on to the relevant team, as we always want our products to arrive in the same condition they leave us.
Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention, and we're grateful for your continued support of Ringtons products.
Best wishes from the Ringtons Team ☕💙

“Excellent stuff, love the decaf tea...bit pricey at £9.50 for 200 but the Hubby was worth it! The biscuits are just like home made...I can feel another order coming on real soon 😋😋😋😋😋”
Hi Valerie,
Thank you for such a lovely review! 😊
We're delighted to hear that you're enjoying our Decaf Tea. We know a great decaf is worth its weight in gold, so we're thrilled it's become a favourite in your house... and if your hubby's happy too, then it's money well spent! 😄☕
We're also pleased to hear you're enjoying the biscuits. "Just like homemade" is a wonderful compliment and one we're very happy to accept!
We'll make sure the biscuits are ready when that next order comes along. 😋🍪
