“I always buy Ringtons hampers for family and friends and I would treat myself to few things. I absolutely love the decaf coffee, the smell is amazing aswell as the taste, I don’t think I will bother with caffeinated anymore it’s so nice!”

“I still have not receive my order although , I have rang you or two occasions and have been assured the parcel is being felt with but I'm not very happy. I would like some one to contact me to get this sorted.otherwise i will take the matter with my card money provider as you have had the money but I have not received the goods. “Usually get products from delivery van every fortnight. Usually leave a note on door saying what products to leave incase I'm not available along with payment but over the last year at least I have noticed half of the products can't be supplied. No gingercake. Some weeks tea cake available then not available as per lemon cake and date and walnut cake and other items as well. It's like a hit or a miss each visit from the company and end up have to purchase from the supermarket which is a pity because the gingerbread especially from ringtons is superior to the supermarkets. Obviously a fault with head office somewhere a long the line needs sorted out. 🤔”

Thank you for your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear you've experienced difficulty getting some of your favourite products recently. Throughout the year we offer a range of limited‑edition cakes- including Ginger, Lemon and Walnut Cake- which is why availability can vary from time to time.
The good news is that our Ginger Cake will be back at the end of March. It’s incredibly popular, so we recommend pre‑ordering to avoid any disappointment.
