“I drink Ringtons Gold all the time, have for years, my mum drinks Ringtons Earl Grey. Normally my mum buys from the sales person that does her area. This time I bought from the web site. He’s on holiday and we were running low. The tea arrived quickly and in a Ringtons box. My partner thought I’d bought something from eBay and the seller had reused a Ringtons box, lol, but not it was the tea delivery. Obviously we will continue to buy from the sales person, no delivery charge and mum pays. But she was happy we had replenished stock.”

“I was just disappointed because you sent me an email to say what I wanted was back in stock so I ordered straight away to be told that they were still out of stock and wouldn't be back in till Christmas I would have thought you could sell these biscuits all through the year as they are lovely biscuits and nice for presents all year I had to have 6 small packets instead but not so nice for presents
