“Usually get products from delivery van every fortnight. Usually leave a note on door saying what products to leave incase I'm not available along with payment but over the last year at least I have noticed half of the products can't be supplied. No gingercake. Some weeks tea cake available then not available as per lemon cake and date and walnut cake and other items as well. It's like a hit or a miss each visit from the company and end up have to purchase from the supermarket which is a pity because the gingerbread especially from ringtons is superior to the supermarkets. Obviously a fault with head office somewhere a long the line needs sorted out. 🤔”

Thank you for your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear you've experienced difficulty getting some of your favourite products recently. Throughout the year we offer a range of limited‑edition cakes- including Ginger, Lemon and Walnut Cake- which is why availability can vary from time to time.
The good news is that our Ginger Cake will be back at the end of March. It’s incredibly popular, so we recommend pre‑ordering to avoid any disappointment.

“Love all the products! Especially the rich butter toffees - they’re the best! Only issue was the packaging - putting the coffee jars on top of the chocolate mallows meant they were unfortunately very squashed!”

“What a difference 'proper' tea makes. Lovely deep flavour you can really taste and no hint of 'floor sweepings' in the tea bags; none of that dusty residue in your cup or teapot. I purchased all the different teas, so am wading my way through them to see which we prefer as our everyday brew. The apple pie cookies are divine, but the ginger snaps are to die for. The beautiful cream cardboard box with Ringtons logo and discreet gold trim would make a wonderful gift for anyone who appreciates an array of quality comestibles and a lovely receptacle for keepsakes afterwards. Good products and excellent service too.”
