“Bought as a gift and it was very well received. Ordered on my mobile phone and could not work out how to add the personal greeting to the purchase. I know this costs extra and that would have been fine but in the end I gave up and sent a letter explaining that it was from me to the recipient. Don’t know why that bit is so difficult.”

“I have no problems with Ringtons, unfortunately Parcel Force failed to deliver my parcel twice so I cancelled my order and got a refund. Because of Parcel Forces failure to deliver my parcel then I am afraid I won't order anything else from Ringtons which is a shame because I love your goods.”
