“Disappointed with the quality of the coffee, would not order again which is a shame. The coffee is very weak when comparing against other instant coffee, have to use 2 or 3 times the amount. Nice presentation and quick delivery, biscuits, chocolate wafers, and tea bags very good. Who at Ringtons approved the coffee? A tea drinker perhaps 🤔”

“The Ringtons parcel was a Christmas present for my sister Jean. There did not appear to be provision on your order form to distinguish 'sender' from 'recipient', nor space for a 'message from sender'. However, the parcel was well received and Jean said the contents all looked delicious. She had not heard of Ringtons products before - she lives in Formby, Liverpool and I live in Harrogate and use your products regularly. My comments are not intended as criticism, but I'm sure others might have had the same problems when trying to order for a friend.
