“I ordered 5 products, 3 of these are repeat orders - the Tea Cake is a favourite, Savoury Biscuit Collection is a cracker tin staple! The Fruit & Seed Porridge is a product from Ringtons but already a hit and I highly recommend. And finally the 2 treats the Belgian Bunny and Duckling Chocolates and Milk and Oat Dip Biscuits - well the biscuits won’t last long, as the B&D chocolates are finished - lovely. The products always arrive in good condition and are very good value for money. I’ll be a customer for a long time to come.”

“Ordered an Easter present to be delivered on Monday before Good Friday and Easter Monday has come and gone with no delivery and no update. Appalling customer service as no one available to take phone call or respond to emails over Easter, however, am receiving marketing emails and request for review!!! “Happy with your products but the state of my goods when received was awful box was all broken tore and open and also three boxes inside were smashed and I couldn't give them to family and friends for Easter as I planned had to keep them myself and buy something else I did ring you up and spoke to a lovely lady but it was too late by then also they gave me a time slot which I waited till then when I went out he came and left it with neighbours pity you don't deliver yourselves in this area like you do in stoke on trent to my cousins”
