“Love these biscuits always purchase several packets at once . We don’t have a Ringtons in our area. Disappointed this time as all the biscuits in every packet were broken not just in half absolutely smashed . Won’t be purchasing any further by web site method - Sorry”
Hi Sheila,
Thank you for your honest review.
We're so sorry that your biscuits didn't arrive in the perfect condition we would expect them to. Unfortunately, it sounds like Royal Mail didn't handle the parcel as gently as we would have hoped, and we completely understand your disappointment.
The good news is that we do have a doorstep delivery service in your area, so future orders wouldn't need to go through the postal network and would be far less likely to be damaged in transit. If you would like us to arrange this for you lease get in ouch with our customer care team on 0800 052 2440
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we hope we'll have the opportunity to see you again soon. 💙
