“First time ordering biscuits and mint chocolates from Ringtons. My order was well packaged and delivered quickly. So far I have enjoyed every biscuits, can't get over how big the ginger snaps were and such a great crunch. Cherry bakewell were delicious and just right. Tiffin was delicious not enough in a packet for me. Oat biscuits which are sugar free are again delicious with a good crunch. Brazil nut cookies are so full of nuts and I like that you have chopped the nuts. Can't comment on the rest of my delivery because I still have to eat them. The mint chocolates are delicious and such a nice mint flavour.”

“This Christmas I decided to buy a couple of your lovely boxes of chocolate brazils for gifts. I was so suprised and saddened when they arrived. The box has shrunk incredibly. I would rather have paid a little more to have the previous size of chocolates. What was once a great gift just looks now quite small and cheap. Such a shame .”

Thanks so much for getting in touch and sharing your thoughts about our Chocolate Brazil Nuts, we really appreciate it. We wanted to mention first that we care deeply about the quality of our products, and that’s something we’ll never compromise on.
Over the last couple of years, the cost of cocoa has risen significantly, and like many others, we’ve really felt the impact.
Rather than change the chocolates themselves or push the price of the bigger box up too high, we made the decision to reduce the pack size and reduce the cost per box from £11.99 to £9.99. That way, the chocolates stay just as you know and love them but still remain affordable.
It wasn’t an easy choice, but we felt it was the fairest way to maintain the quality of the product while still making sure they’re accessible for our customers.
Please know we’re always working hard to balance quality, value and affordability, and we’re grateful for your understanding.

“Order tin biscuits as a gift asked for a message to be included and it was delivered no message and although it was a Christmas gift it was delivered early in December. The same happened with another Christmas biscuit hamper also delivered early Dec.. the biscuits are excellent quality but will think twice next year. I didn't want to leave the order too late because of selling out.”

I can confirm that the order including the Festive Biscuit Tin didn't include a gift message as there wasn't one added and paid for on that order.
When any orders are placed on our website, we are unfortunately unable to put items on hold and deliver on required dates as items will always run the risk of selling out.
