“For several years I have had a Sales-person call every 4 weeks and we have been kept in supply with Tea and other Goodies - however we have not seen our Salesperson now for about 8 weeks or so and had to order Tea On Line to continue with a decent Cuppa - What has happened?
Ken Warner.”
Hi Kenneth,
Thank you so much for getting in touch with us at Ringtons.
I’m sorry to hear that we haven’t visited as expected recently, that’s certainly not the experience we want you to have.
I’ve passed your message along to your local sales office management team and asked them to investigate this for you. Someone will be in touch with you directly very soon to discuss and resolve the matter.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything else we can help with.
Kind regards,
Team Ringtons
