“I ordered a biscuit gift set to be delivered as a present. The recipient was very pleased with it. The only issue was the delivery. It was left behind a bin in their garden with no card put through the door. As it was a surprise gift they wouldn't know to look for it.”

“Ordering on website could be easier. Constantly having to scroll down to add another item to basket resulted in deletion of an item and then I mistakenly duplicated an item instead of re-adding the deleted one. It was for a gift so I was quite disappointed.
Also irritated by the pop ups of suggestions of items to add to order which have to scroll past.
Ordered 4 deliveries for gifts by building my own collection of items. Would be nice if these could be packaged in christmas boxes.”
