“Large order, well packed, quick delivery.
As they are Christmas gifts for neighbours (9) I was disappointed not to be able to choose a date nearer to the big day, the only solution given by Customer Service was 'If ordered later in Dec you risk there been a sellout' Perhaps the website could take payment as normal when ordered but have a preferred shipped day with details of who will deliver For example, Royal Mail, DFS etc
This is something I will consider in future and look for the sites who offer this option.”

“Always look forward to Tuesday twice a month when my ringtons van pulls up and Jake jumps out with a big smile on his face and my delivery.. They are the best green tea bags around and a great price also the gold tea bags and coffee bags and the biscuits are lovely especially the Tiffin and the chocolate rewards are very moorish Ringtons is the only tea I ever buy and recommend to everone.. And the customer service is brilliant from the the doorstep delivery driver Jake always lets me know what's new.. and makes sure to ask if I'm alright and if I have everything I need from ringtone . Well done great product and customer service”
