Hi Colin,
Thank you so much for getting in touch with Ringtons.
I’m really sorry to hear your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition, that’s certainly not the experience we want for you.
When you get a moment, would you mind emailing tea@ringtons.co.uk and send us a few photos of the damaged items? That’ll help us look into what’s gone wrong and figure out whether it’s a packing issue with the dispatch centre or if our courier has been a bit heavy-handed with your parcel.
Once we’ve received them, we’ll make sure to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.
Thanks again for your patience, and if there’s anything else we can help with in the meantime, just give us a shout, we’re always happy to help.

“Those chocolate chip cookies are the best I have ever tasted as are the ginger snaps and shortbread BUT they are to moreish and don't last long enough as we just keep eating them! 10/10 for taste and freshness. Loved your mugs so much that I now have six of them.”
Hi Elaine,
Thanks for the lovely 5-star review. We’re delighted to know you enjoyed our goodies! We hope you enjoy using the mugs, we may be biased but do agree, they are beautiful!
