“Ordered a variety of products, which arrived promptly, and so far have been delicious. I’ve given 4 rather than 5 stars, as one of the cakes was squashed into a small space around a jar of marmalade. The cake, when opened, was just a bag of crumbs , other than the top half inch of the cake. Sadly it ended up in the bin, it couldn’t be rescued. Perhaps this could be mentioned to your packing department ! It won’t stop me ordering again. The cakes and biscuits are lovely.”

“I’m slightly disappointed that the delivery guy threw my parcel over the side gate. It’s a gift so I’m hoping they are not damaged and broken biscuits as I could buy these at the discount store.
I like using Ringtons, their products, gifts and this is most unusual but disappointing none the less.”

“This is the first time that I have ordered online from Ringtons. I am delighted with all my purchases and their price. However the exception to this is the chocolate brazils which this year have reduced in box size to 200g and I thought for this size were quite expensive.”

“Disappointed this time with the website, ordered on the Friday had trouble with website , it kept jumping backwards and forwards in fact it was a nightmare, anyway placed my order but realised in my confirmation that the items I'd ordered were being sent to me instep of to my daughter in Buckinghamshire. You were closed all weekend so couldn't contact you until the Monday, where I was told the parcel had been dispached already to me. This was very disappointing and I won't use your website again. I've ended up with loads of biscuits which I didn't want or need.”
