We wanted to mention first that we care deeply about the quality of our products, and that’s something we’ll never compromise on.
Over the last couple of years, the cost of cocoa has risen significantly, and like many others, we’ve really felt the impact. Rather than change the chocolates themselves or push the price of the bigger box up too high, we made the decision to reduce the pack size and reduce the cost per box from £11.99 to £9.99. That way, the chocolates stay just as you know and love them but still remain affordable.
It wasn’t an easy choice, but we felt it was the fairest way to maintain the quality of the product while still making sure they’re accessible for our customers.
Please know we’re always working hard to balance quality, value and affordability, and we’re grateful for your understanding.

“Beautiful goods.delivery and packing cannot be faulted.Only downside I was sent discount codes for 10%off non worked and recently received a discount code for free delivery to complete my order.It's coming up not valid. I do not understand why non of their discount codes do not work”

“I have a visit from Ringtons every 2 weeks and buy tea and samples of their fantastic biscuits. The ginger snaps are very popular not only by myself but all family and friends. I recently ordered 4 tea and biscuit Christmas packs on line; they arrived speedily, but unfortunately one of the boxes was crushed, which meant I could not gift it. I have arranged for my regular salesman to replace this on his next visit.”

“I bought this hamper as a birthday gift to be sent direct to a friend who lives far away from me. She's just called to say she kept taking the packs to work to share but couldn't bear to so has eaten them all herself! She said they are some of the best biscuits she's had, and she is quite the expert.
Great communication and speedy dispatch, only missing a star because it would be great to be able to add a gift message and specify a delivery date. I tried to time it right but it ended up arriving 2 days before her birthday so I had to text to say there was a parcel for her not to open and when she did it was from me! Otherwise I would definitely order again”
