“Disappointed!
My order came in a big box with another box inside which most of my products should have been in, unfortunately they weren’t! I did ring customer services but to no avail I felt I was fobbed off.
On opening my biscuits many were broken.
The Monty camper is a birthday present. Let hope they’ve fared better!
This is unusual from Ringtons, the quality is usually 5 star and we love their products”
Hi Sandra,
Thank you for your review and for your honest feedback.
We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your recent order. We can see that you spoke with one of our colleagues 10 days ago regarding the packaging, and at that time our understanding was that, although the contents of The Monty had become displaced inside the parcel, no items had been damaged.
We're concerned to hear that you've since found broken biscuits. If this is the case, please send some photos to tea@ringtons.co.uk and we'll be happy to look into this further for you. Once we've received the images, we can raise the issue with Royal Mail and work to get it resolved for you.
We do appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention, and we're pleased to hear that your usual experience with Ringtons has been 5-star quality. Your feedback helps us improve and is always valued.
Best wishes from the Ringtons Team ☕💙

Hi Glenn,
Thank you for your lovely review and for being such a loyal Ringtons customer! 😊
We're delighted to hear you love our products. We understand it's disappointing when a favourite isn't available anymore. To keep our range exciting and bring new treats for customers to enjoy, we do introduce a variety of limited-edition products throughout the year. Sadly, our salespeople's baskets aren't quite big enough to carry everything all the time!
We really appreciate your feedback and support, and we're always working on bringing a great mix of favourites alongside something a little different to discover.
Best wishes from the Ringtons Team ☕💙
