They've all arrived in good condition being well packed so no damage and as they were mostly hampers and small gifts for friends and family that was important. I'm sorry if you missed seeing the note we have on the website that says 'Please note that the box in the image is also used as the dispatch outer, unless other products are purchased alongside the Monty.'
