“First time purchase as a Christmas gift for a family member, whilst the delivery was absolutely superb concerning the time of year, the ordering process wasn't particularly perspicuous. Contacting the company following orders is also extremely difficult and I still haven't had any response to any of my queries. I doubt I will reorder in the future.”
