Hi Jackie, we've sent you an email in connection with this, advising that after checking CCTV footage from our fulfilment centre, we can confirm the Mother's Day card was included inside the parcel at the time it was packed and sealed.
Saying that, we have also received feedback that the envelope has blended in with the cardboard packaging, or hidden under the cardboard flap at the bottom of the box, making it easy to miss upon opening.
We're very sorry this has detracted from what should have been a perfect Mother's Day surprise, and I do appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
