“The whole process was efficient and completed with minimal disturbance. The engineer was very polite and very thorough as to what he was going to do and he did exactly that. In all a job well done.”

“Communication was great with everything explained and kept up to date. Engineer arrived on time and assessed the issue and ordered part which was fitted the next day again on time. Left job clean and tidy would happily use again.”

“Mr. Nightingale-the engineer- arrived at the time expected. He is a very experienced man and within 5 minutes had identified the area that warranted further investigation. This he did and took about 10 minutes to discover that my front doorbell was short-circuiting and tripping the whole system. He isolated the doorbell and everything is working again normally. Thank You”

“From phoning to having the job complete and the boiler working again took only two hours, on a Saturday morning in the middle of winter. Great service. The engineer was really friendly and worked efficiently to solve the problem. He explained fully what had gone wrong with the boiler and what we can do in future if we have a similar issue.”

“Efficient from 1st contact by phone, understood what I had a problem with and straight away identified where they could help me. Unable to assist with oil central heating and micro pipes but the toilet Leak was identified and a visit booked for early next morning and resolved. Polite and understanding plumber. Would recommend without hesitation.”
