I have them a call and was connected to Harry, a very friendly, switched on guy, who had me fixed up with an engineer within minutes!! A couple of hours later Derek was on my doorstep, another super friendly guy, he had my gas issue resolved in no time and on top of that, he checked out the gas pipes coming into the house and through the meter, to ensure the system was safe and operating properly. That's peace of mind at the end of the day!! I have to say, not the cheapest company I have dealt with, but a very satisfactory service, from start to finish, with constant texts updating me on the arrival time of the engineer!”

“I contacted Rightio when my toilet flush started malfunctioning on 3/6/22, Platinum Jubillee weekend. As I suffer from Crohn's disease quick access to the toilet is essential. I was greeted with excellent customer service, courteous and informative. The plumber arrived very quickly and completed the repair within 20 minutes. I also subscribed to a care plan. Hopefully the repair will hold and I will review again when the care plan takes effect.”
