The charges were very clearly explained and transparent when I made the initial call. The engineer James arrived within a couple of hours. He was excellent, identified the problem very quickly, explained very clearly what he intended to do and capped the leaking pipe, all within 20 minutes. He then arranged to return to replace the damaged pipe as soon as we got back from holiday. Sure enough, he arrived exactly when he said he would and completed the job very quickly and efficiently. The service could not have been better. I would recommend Rightio and engineer James in particular without reservation, based on our experience.”
