“The initial phone call to arrange an appointment to fix a problem with our problem was very efficient with no automated options and the people were helpful and polite. A choice of times and dates were given for a heating engineer to attend. However on the day the heating engineer did not attend, nor did they phone to say they were not going to be able to attend. A complete waste of my time.”

“Tried to quote me nearly £500 just to fit 2 security lights that I had purchased!! £100 per hour for labour, plus trunking (which I didn't need) and VAT!
Got a way cheaper route from local electrician who charged me £100 and didn't need trunking at all!
Research and compare prices before you even consider this company! Or better still, avoid all together!”
