“was told engineer would be here for 1.00, after 3 phone call from us saying he hadnt arrived , the last call being at 3.00, was told he would be 20 mins, 40 mins later, the engineer arrived. No apology, and was told he had only got the call 40 mins before. Therefore i dont believe a slot had been booked for 1.00 Very disappointed and wouldnt recommend.”
