“I chose the Dualtron Victor Luxury Plus as a pre-order. The Ride & Glide estimated time of arrival for the shipment was spot on. Received the scooter a couple of days later. Absolutely brilliant service. The scooter itself is perfect for my needs. The suspension is plush as it is the softest Dualtron have to offer. It soaks up London's bumpy roads like a champ. Excellent hydraulic brakes. Super bright front headlamp. Really loud horn. Roomy deck. Front and rear mudguard. Has blingy lights too if you are into this sort of thing. The battery is a huge 35 A h. Very fast with excellent acceleration. Not too heavy either, as it is manageable to carry up a few flights of stairs. The power is on par with my old Dualtron Ultra, but the Victor seems much more refined, with all the niggles of the previous Victor ironed out. If you are looking for a fast, refined scooter that can go on long journeys, look no further. Very professional outfit and an awesome scooter. Service 9.5/10 Scooter 9.5/10”

“Tried to order my Onewheel GT from another retailer but they were unresponsive. Ordered from Ride + Glide on a Wednesday evening and my board was with me on Friday. Great communication throughout and the board was delivered well packaged. Will definitely use again when I need some accessories.”

“A great example of a company that values its customers and loves what they sell. My order arrived quicker than I expected and communication throughout the process was excellent. “Delivery date was totally messed about rearranged twice by your couriers dhl in the end I ended up traveling to Milton Keynes depot at dhl to collect the item . Even though I offered to travel to ride and glide and you told me know I wasn’t allowed but did with dhl ? Ride and glide offered me a baseball cap and phone holder as compensation but I never took it not sure if I’d use you again”

“Ordered a onewheel gt and pint x. Great customer service "ride and glide" pretty much describes it, they called to make sure order was correct once it was placed. Some items on back order from the website, but offered alternative items when called or the opportunity to deliver separately. And then the cherry on the cake.... Order arrived next day! With a few little extras in the package which was a nice surprise. Will be using again and definitely visiting the store, when I'm next in Brighton. Cheers guys, wish it was this easy with every online order.”

“I ordered a fender kit for the One Wheel GT on the Black Friday promo. Unfortunately the website didn't state the kit was on back order from the USA. I had to ring HQ twice for an update and nothing was provided during the waiting period. Due to postage strike and customs issues the order was delayed. I suggested to the team that they should update their customers with lead times etc. To prevent us ringing them up and being 'where's my order' person. What I will say is that when the order was ready for dispatch the team did provide a personal telephone call update and up to date tracking info. My order arrived just in time on Xmas eve. Thank you for taking my suggestions into account.”
