“Not happy with their communication skills”

“Bought a used OneWheel GT and spoke to 3 members of staff over the phone and emailed with a 4th during the process! All were most excellently friendly, helpful and knowledgable. R+G had the best selection of OneWheel accessories I could find anywhere too, so I was able to kit-out my GT at a single shop. 11/10 - would hurt my credit card again.”

“Zooz Ultra flex 1200 Received my bike really early in the morning to great surprise around 8.40am or so van driver said I was the first deliveryk. Great contact service when communicating to the person in mind on when I was available for the delivery of the bike. Once I received the bike the Thursday when I had a problem of not finding the pedals,keys and instructions when opening the box emailing to them a few min later for prompt reply. Realized there were other boxes when looking underneath the removed bike box. So everything was there on the end. Great job from ride and glide.”

“Great company to deal with for any PEVs,love my new scooter and even got a nfc upgrade fitted by them for free,very friendly and knowledgeable staff and a pleasure to do business with,best electric vehicle retailer in the UK for PEVs and they carry loads of stock to keep your vehicle running.”

“Exceptional service,!! Plus they're based in the UK so if you live in England, your items will be with you the following working day. A 100% legit knowledgeable bunch of dedicated PEV fans doing their best to provide quality goods that are fully inspected before they ship it out to you. If you need anymore convincing of wether or not to part with your hard earned, just go check out their YouTube channel of the same name 😉 So, in conclusion, go glide yourself a new ride! 😉”

“A very easy transaction, I purchased Super73 Moon Rock over the Christmas period. I had a few questions prior to purchasing the bike. Amy who was manning the Fort was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me with my purchase and some extra purchases for the bike. Great company customer focused and extremely helpful!! “Overall, very happy with the service and help provided. My only issue was when the gokart arrived and delivered I needed to lift the box by myself up the stairs to the front door. Over 65kg of weight as the driver said he was not able to assist. Thanks Peter”

“Ride and glide what a great team to deal with received my Nami klima max so quick two days max From ordering and what an awesome machine 56 year old man loving fast stuff Hit a kerb and warped the rear disc and called the company who put me through to the workshop who answered my questions and helped me with knowledge of repairing and maintaining this machine No messing around would highly recommend 👍”

“Klima Max- slight issue with delivery but the guys were outstanding in helping resolve the issue. Perfect communication, from advice, purchase and receiving of the scooter. It’s a Christmas present for my daughter so not opened yet.”
