“Really friendly and knowledgeable. They recognize buying an eboard a big purchase and really make sure they answer all your questions and make you feel confident. I bought a OneWheel Pint from them and went to pick it up as we live nearby. Spoke to a guy called Pierre who was super friendly and helpful. Would happily recommend them to anyone else looking to get a Onewheel or similar genuinely some of the best customer service I've experienced.”

“Their experience dealing with us as customers is so refreshing, I purchased my Thunder from another UK supplier, their customer service is non existent apart from when they take payment. Ride + Glide, Peter and Pierre have been fantastic to do business with, its reassuring. They are my first port of call, I have given all other UK suppliers a chance, they have all failed to deliver. How the hell did I miss Ride + Glide. I'm waiting my next day delivery for Ultra 2. This review deserves posting before i have received my Ultra 2 which i will update as and when. But I'm that confident and at ease with Ride + Glide PS This review was from my own experience”

“The service was perfect as i ordered my Onewheel xr and it arrived at my doorstep 26 hours later. Ready to use out of the box. I also got a nice amount of R+G stickers which ive pasted over the board and my phone in support. Fantastic experience.”

“After much messing around (from my part) with changes of bikes, returns, exchanges The Ride and Glide team’s customer service was A***. Thanks for all your help and directing me with a bike which suits my life. definitely recommend!!!”

“Brilliant company, answered all my questions before I made a purchase and when an accessory I ordered wasn’t available they gave me a different colour of the accessory for free while they wait for the one I ordered to be in stock. Great company would 100% recommend.”

“Ride + glide have been so helpful during my purchase off an onewheel XR (which I highly recommend as you won't be disappointed best money I've spent) as I am in northern Ireland I was concerned about purchasing due to covid 19 but they asured me that they could get the board delivered. Ordered Friday and was here on Monday I would highly recommend dealing with ride + glide first class service thanks”

“Absolutely fantastic company. Bought my onewheel Pint and XR from them. Aswell as all of my accessories. Free next day delivery is a HUGE bonus! From walking to flying in less than 24 hours!!! . why on earth would you want to buy from anywhere else?”

“I purchased a Zero 10x 60v from Ride & Glide, after emailing/live chat back and forth with numerous questions they put my mind at ease as to what E Scooter I wanted. Very speedy response and extremely informative on the products they sell, they really do know there stuff. There was a issue but it was out of there hands. They where happy enough to send out new parts the following day and also through in a freebie, much appreciated. I've always been very sceptical with regards to review's but I can vouch that there reviews are true to their word. I would not think twice about ordering from these guys again, keep up the good work.”

“I ordered my Zero 10x around 2.30pm on the Monday and it arrived surprisingly quick by 11.30pm on the following day.I received a discount code for my online order and also received a free Triple 8 helmet too. Previous to my purchase I had spoke on the phone and was put at ease about the warranty and returns procedure which helped. All in all the customer service has been first class which is what you want as these scooters are not a cheap purchase.. Overall very happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend giving R & G a call or just order online like I did.......👍....Thanks R&G.”

“Everything about dealing with Ride and Glide is a positive experience. The website is polished and easy to navigate. The customer service is great and the guys friendly and patient. They were also extremely helpful with processing my purchase of a Onewheel Pint (Thank you, Tasha!). No surprises there but it made the process so much easier for me. To cap off an all round positive experience, the Pint and accessories arrived much earlier than expected! Thank you, R&G.”

“Wow what great service considering the current climate. I ordered my Onewheel at the end of last year, there were a few shipping issues to to Brexit etc but I was constantly updated and when it turned up it was really well packaged. The shop has a good range products and accessories and all staff have great attitude and product knowledge, would recommend to anyone and everyone.”
