“I was in a quandry as to what to do with my pension arrangements and found out about The Retirement Desk via a Google search. Kay Martin was extremely professional from the outset, sourcing a much better deal for me than I would have had from my original pension providers. She also handled all the paperwork involved in the transfer of my pensions, keeping me fully informed on a regular basis as to the progress of the whole process. I am most impressed with the service I received from Ms Martin. She managed to make the whole process very simple and painless, and was always most pleasant to deal with.”

“I'm a very cautious person, especially when my money is at risk! So I was very concerned when the friendly lady on the end of the phone said "leave it all to me". So I did, and I'm glad I did, no hassle, no hiccups, and very little waiting. I still find it hard to accept that Its all done. FABULOUS service. I would recommend anyone to these people. They kept in touch with every step it took, Kay Martin is a great person to talk to on the phone and put me at ease, and believe me when I say "that ain't easy" many thanks to all.”

“I used the retirement desk to consolidate two pensions by taking out a tax free lump sum and investing in a drawdown pension. My advisor was Kay Martin and she has been absolutely fantastic. The whole process was painless and really slick and believe me I have low tolerance for bureacracy, so that is high praise indeed. I'm also not really one for writing reviews either, but, on this occasion I have to really thank Kay and The Retirement Desk for their help here. I'll be back :-)”

“Found good information on line. Emailed the retirement desk. Received call within an hour. Discussed options and received documents in post within 2 days. Lisa acted as contact and kept me up to date. Expecting final settlement next week. From start to finish only 3 weeks. Great .....”

“The lady I spoke to, Lisa Beirne, was very efficient and knowledgable. She listened and responded to my questions and concerns very effectively und kept me informed about the procedure during the process. I spoke to her on the phone several times and she made sure to come back with an answer very quickly. The way she guided me through the process made me feel confident that I was doing the right thing and getting the best for my retirement plan. It could not have been easier and more efficient. Impressive!”

“The first contact with the desk was really positive. Kay answered all the queries I had re transfer of monies from one company to another. After a number of emails and telephone conversations I was able to determine the route I needed to go. Kay PROMPTLY sent out all the paperwork, followed through on ALL the queries and discussions and made life really easy at a time of "great stress" ! In addition, she contacted the companies involved and arranged for both my existing pensions to be rolled into one and put with a new company. In short a VERY WELL DONE to her and to the company, you can't go far wrong using the Retirement Desk. :-)”
