“When I decided to retire I needed someone to sort out my Pace pension. Having taken advice I then had to make the decision to go with a firm to sort it. Having heard so many different negative stories I felt whoever I chose was a risk. I shouldn't have worried, the Retirement Desk have been excellent throughout. Lisa, in particular has been a delight to work with. From first contact she filled me with confidence, kept me informed throughout, even when I was on holiday! Everything was sorted efficiently and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Retirement Desk and Lisa in particular.”

“Kay and Lisa very efficient from start and I was impressed that I had a weekly update . The transfer was quite complex due to my funds being managed by several agents but I am pleased it was all sorted at last. Both Kay and Lisa very professional.”

“I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending The Retirement Desk for advice and assistance when it comes to deciding on which pension option to choose. My advisor Kay was very friendly and informative and recommended various options available to me. At no time did I feel under pressure to choose a certain plan and when I had decided Kay kept me informed at every stage of the application. “With various pensions coming to fruition and all the complicated options it looked like a very daunting task ahead for me to take on. After contacting The Retirement Desk and speaking with Kay Martin it was evident that I was now in the hands of an expert. Kay explained various options and advised me of the ones that would suit my circumstances. There was no pressure to commit and when I had decided how to go forward Kay immediately got things moving. and over the following 3 to 4 weeks she had completed the process keeping me informed of every step. Kay's communication and manner both by email and telephone made me feel comfortable and confident throughout. Thank you Kay Martin”
