“I was quite nervous about accessing my pension as my provider wasn’t offering me the best deal I could get. I found the Retirement Desk on line and couldn’t have made a better choice. “I have been dealing with Lisa who I could not fault. Lisa kept in touch all the time to let me know what was happening. She was always so friendly polite, helpful and informative. “I can't say enough about how well my pension policy was handled by Kay at the Retirement Desk. Like most, I was quite at a loss with my options, especially as I had several smaller policies to manage and consolidate. When I contacted Kay, she helped me, in quick order, to understand my options and opportunities, whilst not being demanding or pushy. Once I had identified the plan best suited for me, she gave me weekly updates on progress and generally set my mind at ease. It became a very pleasant experience!”

Lisa O'Beirne laid everything out perfectly for me and the figures I was given were much clearer than the other companies. “Great service from Kay and Lisa, they both kept me informed throughout the whole process , I would highly recommend using them. We had to combine three pension pots from two well known providers, to one endowment provider. Due to my circumstances I wanted a five fixed term with a guaranteed residual value. Dealing with the retirement desk was extremely easy, and straight forward.”
